Smiling Doodles was founded by Andrea Bazett in Redwood Shores, California, after she and her husband brought home a beautiful Goldendoodle puppy named Maggie in Feb 2021. They couldn't find a safe way to address Maggie's penchant for pulling, so they invented the safe-pull link first and then proceeded to create a new modular leash system to give them the versatility they were looking for to match their active lifestyles.

 

Since then, Smiling Doodles has grown steadily and iterated to improve the product line, delivering numerous leashes and gear to happy customers along the way. Smiling Doodles is driven by the idea that dogs and people adventure better when they have the right gear.
